Swedish chanteuse Julia Adams has released her first single of the year, the delightfully bright synthbop “deja vu”.
Unfortunately I haven’t a clue what the blonde beauty is singing about, so no comment on whether the uplifting acoustic guitars and cheery vocals of “deja vu” are in tune with the lyrical content or not. Julia sounds like she’s smiling as she sings the lyrics of “deja vu”though, which makes the listening experience even more pleasurable. Listeners don’t need to be fluent in Swedish to hear that “deja vu” is a great, catchy song with wonderful melodies – and that’s what matters the most. “deja vu” will sound perfect on a sunny Spring day!
