Miss Korea 2013 and K-pop’s resident plagiarist, Lee Hyori, is plotting chart domination once again!
It has been confirmed by Hyori‘s agency Kiwi Media, who the star signed with in November 2016, that Hyori‘s comeback will be ending everybody’s careers in July. While an official date has not been settled, the “U-Go-Girl”‘s comeback will definitely be a full album released towards the beginning of the month, according to Kiwi.
“I know you’ve all missed hearing music from Korea’s highest paid female singer, and I’m ready to top the charts once again with more plagiarized hit singles – I’m gonna get ya!” the singer announced in a press release.
The comeback will be the icon’s first since her album Monochrome in 2013, and subsequently marks the end of the media blackout Hyori announced in 2015, in order “to have time for herself”.
With a long history of stealing visuals and sounds from her contemporaries, the question on every netizen’s lips is – who will Lee Hyori plagiarize this time?! We cannot wait to find out, legend!
