Renowned Japanese artist REOL has released her highly anticipated new EP, HIDDEN BLUES – marking an exciting new chapter in her career.
The EP features the energetic opening theme “RE RESCUE” for the latest installment of the beloved Blue Exorcist anime, Blue Exorcist: Snow’s End Arc. Written exclusively for the series, “RE RESCUE” has already captivated fans around the world with its electrifying beats and powerful vocals, perfectly capturing the high-energy spirit of the show.
HIDDEN BLUES also showcases several other tracks that have been making waves across multiple platforms. Among them is “WANT U LUV IT,” which made a major impact earlier this year when it became the official track for McDonald’s mega-viral WcDonald’s campaign. Additionally, “ディア” (Dear) is a collaboration with the same production team behind REOL’s classic hit “No title,” while “ULTRA C” is a self-cover of REOL’s original lyrics for the popular game Project Sekai.
Following the immense success of her solo live concert at the Nippon Budokan, which sold out completely, REOL is continuing to push her artistic boundaries and held a solo performance at Yokohama Arena on November 9, 2025, marking the largest concert of her career to date. This EP represents a significant milestone in REOL’s journey, blending her unique sound with a fresh creative vision that continues to captivate fans around the globe.
With each new release, REOL continues to prove why she is one of Japan’s most innovative and captivating artists – and HIDDEN BLUES is an unmissable collection of tracks that promise to resonate with long-time fans and newcomers alike.
